Hello everyone!

So yes, Taylor's LEO Club is having their International Relationship Day along with their Installation so that things don't get too boring, eh? :)

We'll be having performances, games, F&B and lots of prizes!

Each ticket is sold at RM 15 each, but if you bring a group of seven people, the price is reduced to RM 13 each! However, there's a catch. The seven people will have to wear the seven colours of the rainbow on that day!

So people, turn up in your floral print dresses and your awesome striped rainbow top, we'll want to see colours everywhere!

Calling for help!

Hello everyone.

So we all know there are many activities in Taylor's College. Under Taylor's LEO Club there are many upcoming ones without a large workforce!

Taylor's LEO members,

CAN YOU HELP???

1. The MAJOR confirmed event would be the ANTI DRUG CAMPAIGN, of which we will collaborate with 7 other clubs and societies in Taylor's college.
Taylor's LEO Club and PMS are the main organizers, and the estimated workforce needed is 100 people, 50 from LEO and 50 from PMS.

2. Breast Cancer Awareness Workshop - estimated attendance - 50 - 70 ppl.
A smaller event, this workshop spreads awareness on breast cancer with dummy demonstrations, talks and activities.

3. World Vision
*click click* This is basically raising funds for the poorer nation in urban areas. Refer to website for further clarifications, or contact me (Yee Shuen, number obtained from ECA) if you're interested and I'll brief you in details. Take note of the workshops and the 30 hour famine.

4. Lots and lots of visits to orphanages and homes, promoting social welfare for the needy.

5. Rev up with Revive event
This an EXTRA EXTRA LARGE event, just as large as the anti drug campaign (estimated) but it is still under consideration unless we have enough people to help us.

THAT'S WHY WE NEED YOU!

I know there are other events that will be coming up, and this is your chance to shine!

HELP US OUT AND BE ACTIVE! :)

Because by doing this, you'll gain what you should gain from Taylor's LEO Club, which is leadership, experience and opportunity!
Team work is very important and we'll instill this!

Do contact any of the BOD if you're interested, because you know that just by spending an hour with us in any of the activities, your contribution is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

For successful events, a certificate might be granted! =D

I do look forward in receiving positive responses! Thank you.

Sincerely asking for help,
Yee Shuen
President

Hello. Below are the details on the responsibilities of the few positions available.

NOTE THAT YOU MIGHT NEED TO DO MORE THAN WHAT YOU APPLIED FOR IF THERE'S A SHORTAGE OF WORKFORCE.

Community service director and college service director are quite similar. Any activities under Taylor's LEO Club which involves an external force (sponsored and supported by certain companies) will require a few procedures to ensure the success of the activity. These directors will be the ones who contact them and send "thank you" emails or emails to request for help in our activity.

Environmental Service Director and Health Service Director, as stated in the titles, do things that have to do with the environment and health. LEO Club is quite "green", and there are a few activities we carry out include awareness on going green.

Health service director takes charge when there are any activities to do with health (upcoming one is the breast cancer awareness workshop) also ensure the safety of participants if we have any harmful (maybe) activities. So, the health service director gets help from PMS or maybe an external force just in case people start encountering health problems in the process of our LEO ativities.

Funding director is basically a vice treasurer, aiding in funds when it comes to major events.
PR &IT service director - Dealing with people, so it's about updating our blog, typing emails (sometimes) and designing lots of posters or logos for events of Taylors LEO Club.

Tamer is like the committee member of the BOD.
